As Human Resources professionals, it is our responsibility and obligation to ensure that all of our employees are treated with dignity and respect. The 2009 joint SHRMA / HRTAMPA Diversity program will assist us in becoming more aware of the belief and values held by our employees, and how to handle (or possibly prevent) problems that arise from misunderstandings.
